By purchasing a commission from victogram, you agree to the terms listed below.1. Payment will be done upfront, via PayPal or Cash App. For personal use, prices will be as listed on my commission sheet. For commercial projects, payment and compensation will be triple the price established on the commission sheet.2. I reserve the right to reject commissions for any reason.3. I reserve the right to use your commission to advertise my services.4. You must be 18 to purchase a commission.5. When uploading any character art commissioned from me online, you MUST credit me and upload it with my watermark.6. REFUND POLICY: Art can be fully refunded during the sketch phase. Partial refunds are available during the lineart phase. Refunds are not available during the rendering phase.
